so now I got my passport I have been trying to get a form.
the website download link for the form is dead, it redirects to another page and now when I ring up they wont just send a form out they want an advisor to ring me back and so far I have had to ring 3 times as noone calls me back. I get the feeling they may soon wind these cards down as they seem to be making it hard to unrestrict the cards.
