Tesco Kitchens and Bathrooms

Apologies if this has been posted before, have searched but can''t find anything.

Has anyone any experience of Tesco Kitchens and bathrooms? I've got small rooms that need doing in a small flat and quite like the idea of not having to search around for companies/fitters etc especially as the jobs can't be very financially interesting. I would expect Tesco to offer a good service - although I imagine they will subcontract I also expect they will have stringent standards and take responsibility for the work. Or am I being naive here?

Any help appreciated

You can expect anything you like - it's a free country.

As in chuck it over the shoulder and let someone else get on with it having screwed said someone on price so that they pocket most of the dosh?

Umm - yes. You would benefit from a lot more research on this site.

You have not searched that hard! There are a few threads on here....

Do not be fooled by the "free fitting" hype...they build the fit cost into that of the units, also it does not cover any electrics, plumbing, tiling etc.....

Tesco's in name and clubcard points only. The whole operation is run by a company called Mark 2, who used to do bathrooms for MFI and Wickes amongst others. The general consensus on here seems to be there are other better options out there........

Oh dear, I seem to have attracted some negativity here. Thanks for the help.

No its not you. You just used an unpopular word thats all. Don't say Next either. Nobody buys clothes from (eg) Grahams.
