Hi there
my wife has an iva which ends in january but obviously she still has to wait a year or so before she can obtain credit.
Last year i got a mortgage in my name only but as she was a resident there for some reason she had to go down on the paperwork somewhere ( cant remember where). I have never had problem obtaining credit really and earlier this year i was accepted for a loan through my bank (hsbc) which i actually declined thinking i would wait until later in the year to do this as we are doing up the house. since then i have registered myself on the electerol role at the new address thinking it would only make things easier.
It appears now that i cannot get accepted for credit anywhere!
I have tried various options but always get declined because of my credit report and financial associations.
Can anyone help me!!

It should list financial associations on your credit report along with which firm reported it and when.
You got any joint financial products? Trying to figure out if its somehow the mortgage.:beer:0 -
Yes my guess is a financial link has been created.
I'd get hold of new credit reports and check. Also be very careful with HSBC as they close accounts of people who have ivas and you'll now be on their radar.0
