DRO revoked due to PPI Claim

My DRO has been revoked as i have recieved a PPI claim of over £3000. This has happened just 2 months prior to the end of the monetarium period ending.
I wrote a letter to support my case for the DRO continuing and the moneys being split to pay off my creditors but to no avail.
I have clinical depression and an anxiety disorder and this whole situation has been very stressful and made me unwell.
without going into further detail her i would like to ask...
Can i contest/complain about the revoking of my DRO and get the decision reversed?
Thanks

In conversations I have had with the DRO Unit they have advised me that they cannot overturn the revocatation of an order once it has been granted.

the rules on PPI refunds are very clear, they are classed as assets. Had you waited to claim until after the completion of your DRO you would have been ok, but because this money is coming to you during the DRO moratorium period, the Insolvency Service will act on it.

They have relaxed rules recently that rather than £300 being a set limit, had you received £500 for example, they may have let it go as it would cost you more than that to declare yourself bankrupt, but £3000 is a large amount to receive.

Who did your DRO for you last year? You should get in touch with them to get advice moving forward

Latest guidance says you're OK up to £700, between £700 and £1750 each case is judged on its own merits but over £1750 it is likely to be revoked.
