What are YOUR views on families’ underemployment and overseas employment? Please follow the link to take part in a Tri-Service survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HGF8SP9.
The survey has been extended and will now run until 16 August.
This survey will help the Families Federations to work with the MOD to develop ways that could help the partners of Service personnel to maximise their potential in employment.
Overseas employment and underemployment (taking jobs that do not fully utilise existing skills and experience) are big issues that affect partners, and this survey will form part of the evidence to ensure proposals address the right areas.
This survey is aimed at the partners and spouses of serving Armed Forces personnel. Your feedback is also welcome if you are a partner that also serves in the Armed Forces.
In some cases questions have been phrased in a way that will allow comparisons to the UK average.
All answers are anonymous and will never be analysed in such a way that you can be identified individually.
