Remove unfair default

Hello All!
I have recently applied and successfully reclaimed ppi on my lloyds tsb loan and credit card accounts, now the loan was fully paid off but the credit card was in default from a few years ago and since applying to have my ppi repaid that account shows on my credit file as DA and has been passed to a debt recovery company who I am repaying monthly.
The reason I didn't pay the credit card at the time was thàt the huge charges that were placed on the account were way too much for me to repay, and being young and naive at the time I allowed the account to default.
When I received the statements from the account, I realised that what had made me go overdrawn and receive charges in the first place was the ppi that I wasn't even aware I had been signed up for!
Is it possible, now that the bank (lloyds tsb) have acknowledged that I was missold ppi, to have that default removed from my credit report? Remembering that they have now sold that debt so I owe them nothing.
Thanks for all your help!

You can send your bank a written complaint and see what they say.
Can ask FOS first if you want a feeling of if you have a case. Can refer to FOS if bank say no.:beer:0
