Thinking of buying a used Panny TV that has the remainder of the 5 yr Gtee.
Now as we know it states Gtee is for the original owner only, as long as I inform the original owner if I need to claim,(and quote her name) would that be ok as, of course lots of people move house every day.

Will the previous owner hand over the original receipt and warranty documents?0

You should be OK then, after all how will they know you're not the original owner, unless they ask for proof of id but I've never heard of that happening.0

What do you mean "OK"?
Is it legal? No it would be fraud
Will you get away with it? Highly likely you will
Would I do it? I plead the 5th (and in NY at the moment so can get away with it)0
