    I switched back in November. It took them until January to actually do the switch, July to take a DD payment despite having details in November, and I still haven't had a bill... just saying...

    Genuine question: of those that are with them, how many know about the annual discount and how it works?

    This is from the Executive complaints team

    I have applied a few days ago and based on the above will qualify. Also on the instruction/advice by OFGEM the change was made.

    Progress at last :) It was something that imo needed sorting years ago. Thanks for the info, I wasn't aware of the (enforced?) change.
