I ordered three rolls of paper, Wallpaper Direct emailed when the paper was dispatched (next day). Gave me the tracking number for the parcel and the courier. On the day of delivery I got an email from DPD telling me exactly when my parcel would be delivered and who was delivering it. They gave me a time slot of 15.20 to 16.20, my parcel arrived at 15.20. Having a time slot like that allowed me to do my daily chores and be back home for the allotted delivery time. Excellent service.
