Halifax Student Account

Hi,

just wandering how I find out when my student account status ends - I went into the branch last week who advised they couldn't help me and to call up. I rang telephone banking tonight who advised they didn't have access to that information and its branch who deal with it. Can anybody help, anybody have any luck obtaining this information previously.

I have a BoS Student Current Account (almost identical product to Halifax one) and was recently told that my student account, and interest free overdraft, are available until one year after graduation. At that point it would be possible to migrate to a graduate account, if I wished to continue to have access to an interest free overdraft, or other current account, which would charge interest on any outstanding balance.

Personally I'm planning on moving to an interest paying account at some point this year after paying off my overdraft.
