vauxhall vectra key not recognised

Hi again,
Key repair shop found no fault with key...n car also got started by itself...All went fine for few days n now car has again refused to start . somehow managed to take car to local garage n account to them key transponder is missing n they can't check rest of the car until it gets started...
now I'm all confused....is it again only dealer who can check n how much will it cost?

Earlier took keys to dealer n they refused to even touch it without the car in their garage n asking for £60 just to figure out the reason!!!!!
