RBS PPI Offer Success

Hello All
After posting a thread on here a couple of months ago asking for advice ( as I had previously won PPI 6 years ago ) on whether i could claim again only after finding out the loans I had were indeed all separate account numbers.
These were all dating back to 1999 - 2006 and they were all re-finacing loans ( Lessons severely Learnt ) . So after sending off for the info to the Manchester address I found that my suspicions were indeed correct.
Complaint letter sent....34 days later..I called RBS for a progress report and the result for 9 loans was:
No 1:£200
No 2:£120
No 3:£390
No 4:£330
No 5:£3000
No 6:£3450
No 7:£300
No 8:£110
No 9:£1000
Total: £8900
I am just waiting for offer letter's to arrive now,
Has anybody had any experiences on time lines on payment's? I do not have any accounts with RBS anymore so I am presuming they will send me a cheque?
Not bad as I thought I had already claimed!
Many thanks to this great site for people to get advice & read other people's experiences.
Cheers

In an ideal world the offer letter will arrive within the next couple of weeks, you sign and return the attached form and then they send you a cheque within the next four weeks after that. In a less ideal world they might take 6 months to pay and only after pressure from the FOS and then send the wrong amount (my experience, but hopefully not typical of their current timescale). If you haven't had an offer letter from them within the next two weeks ring them for another progress report and take it from there.0

I had eight offer letters from RBS within 10 days and the cheques were received within another 8 days. I found RBS quite quick with the turnaround0

Thanks very much for the replies, mixed results then?
The deadline for them to resolve my complaint is 12/8 so as they have resolved it earlier I'm expecting them to send the forms out from Monday onwards....slightly annoying that they give themselves 10 working days to send a letter...Have they never heard of a 1st class stamp?
I will keep you posted on when I receive anything.
Thanks once again0
