Bizarre mobile phone issue...

I've been Money Tipped!
Last week, a text didn't get through to my husband.

Thought nothing of it.

Then it happened again, and again, and again.....

I've deleted his number and reinput.

I've typed the number in manually.

I've tried it with/without the leading 0.

Prior to this, all was well texting him.

What on earth has happened?! And how do I fix?

Can anybody else text him successfully?

Is it not sending from your phone, or not receiving on his? (i.e. what does your phone say)

The first thing that springs to my mind is that he has blocked your phone for text/calls.

    Edited: Unintentionally I meant

He gets texts from others - they're sending from mine, not receiving on his according to my report.

Will ring to see if he's blocked me...before I make a prat of myself by asking for help in the shop

Could it be something to do with MMS messages? I think some phones depending on settings change messages you put things like ":)" in the message to MMS messages instead of ordinary (by translating the characters into an image instead). Then they don't go because the setting in the phone for MMS messages have been set wrong. Just another thought.

    All other texts received fine.

    Neither of us on o2.
Tried his number both ways +44 and not and neither work.

Temporary solution found - using viber - but still such a wierd problem!
