camping in kent?

hi all im looking to go camping somewhere in kent, have been looking online and am pretty stuck,iv checked out the hop farm but it works out quite expensive.there will be myself and husband, daughter and her fiance and our 3 younger children aged 7,9,12 we are in 2 different tents so i guess that requires 2 seperate pitches or do they allow 2 tents on one pitch? can anyone recommend somewhere to camp with them for a weekend that doesnt cost the earth.also one big thing is we havent a car so itll be by bus or train thanks in advance peeps

This is a really beautiful campsite - £20 per tent per night. You can get a firepit and firewood from them and I have stayed many times. Near to lots of places for a great day out -Canterbury, the coast etc

Try Abbey Woodcampsite in south London, only 35 minutes by train to the centre, or Crystal Palace Caravan Club that’s on a bus route to Oxford Circus.
