Here's the link for the Ten Top+ leaflet (although most of the discounts aren't exactly all that generous).

In my part of North Wales you'll usually find racks of leaflets in supermarkets so it might be worth popping into Tesco in Porthmadog to see what you can find in there.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Does anyone know if Porthoer beach (Whistling Sands) has a disabled toilet?

also the beach near Tudweiliog (Porth Ysgaden) i can see some cars on the aerial photos but is it a public parking area?

Whistling sands isnt the best place i can think of for people with disabilities . You can drive down drop off then you need to go back to park at the top . Then walk yourself down . If the driver is disabled then i dont think you can leave you car at the bottom . You can take your car on black rock sands iits council and blue badge holder DO NOT PAY dont listen to the people taking your money they are wrong. You can drive down to Morfa Nefyn too a nice area but car park is always busy . Ty Coch pub over the sands if the walk isnt too much
