Used car in constant repair
Hi everyone, looking for a bit of advice. Purchased a low mileage 4 year old car (Hyundai i20) from a dealership on finance. I have now had this car for 1 year and already it has had the following work done on it:
whole brand new clutch
new passenger lock
new wheel bearing
new air con system
and now the clutch needs replacing again
luckily the car came with 2 years warrenty, but the above seems absolutely ridiculous. Its is beginning to become an inconvenience and is causing my undue stress.
Can I take this further? Where do i stand legally in terms of returning the car etc... or getting any kind of compensation. Or am i fighting a losing battle?
Any advice would be great

It is too late to reject the car, sounds like a bit of a lemon and it will be a case of manitaining till you get shot of. Hopefully everything that has gone wrong has happened already- how did your A/C sytem break?0

I'd be more concerned as to why it is burning through clutches. Do you tow? Do you have a very steep drive or something? What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0

Haven't a clue what happened with the A/c system. as for the clutch, i dont tow and dont have a drive. I'm a very careful driver.0

You sure the ac wasn't just regassed?
Of the list, my only concern would be the clutch. How many miles have you done in the last year? How do you know it's on its way out? I'd be worried about this being caused by other issues.0 -
A quick search on the net will show that you aren't the only one with problems with the i20 clutch, this one for example https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/37474770
