No fee but minimum balance required

Does the mis- selling include those accounts where in exchange for maintaining a balance of a fixed amount you get "free" services eg car breakdown cover? Of course this is not free as it's interest foregone.

    I doubt it. Presumably if you don't keep the minimum balance then you just don't get free car breakdown cover.

    If you want the free car breakdown cover, then it's not mis-sold :)
