Address Not Correct on Paypal

I have recently sold a BIN item but their address on Paypal is typographically incorrect, eg instead of 22 Manor Street it states 22 Manor Avenue.

Am I okay to post; concerned that there may be a problem if I post to the address on Paypal which is incorrect, parcel doesn't find buyer.

how do you know the address in paypal is wrong?

have you checked the post code from their paypal details through the RM website?

you can contact the buyer to confirm correct address and ask them to correct this in their Paypal account before you will send it.

Yes I have checked the address on Royal Mail.

I have contacted the buyer but not heard anything back from them yet.

My listing said I would post in 2 working days, unfortunately that 2 working days is today so wasn't sure what to do.

Does your post office do a typed rather than handwritten proof of posting? With the typed version only the house number and postcode are stated

I'm sending via courier, when I type in the address on the courier's website, the address comes up as 22 Manor Street but the address on Paypal is 22 Manor Avenue.

I am concerned that, if any dispute were opened, then the address I'm sending to doesn't exactly match their confirmed address on Paypal.

get back onto the buyer and tell them you cant send it as the paypal address does not exist, so can they check this and amend it.

more likely the postcode is wrong?

It appears the postcode is correct, and the first part of the street name looks right. The name of the road is fairly unusual, it's not like Manor Road, High Street so it appears that is correct, it's just the ending of the street name that is incorrect (I believe).

On google maps are they close?
different streets will only be different by small parts of the postcode

eg street is BH17 4rp,Avenue BH17 5rp

it also depends on how it is commonly know and its official name.

in our town we have a street that's offical name is Lintonville Old Lane, but has always been called Lintonville Terrace, so posting to either will get to the same address.
