If you could walk down the aisle to any piece of music...

We had Clark's Trumpet Voluntary as I walked down the aisle in lavender silk :D Vivaldi's Four Seasons (Summer) while signing the register cos everyone knows it and Jerusalem without the singing to walk back down to which was pretty uplifting. The dress was enough off piste along with poems by Kahlil Gibran and Shakespeare read by our fathers so the rest was quite classical.
  • Another Twilight connected song but I really like 'Turning Page' by Sleeping at Last, and I love this cover because it's a bit more classic and romantic sounding:

  • Awww I just remembered "As The World Falls Down" by David Bowie. I'd love that, but maybe OH...not so much. His ex was obsessed with Labyrinth!

Though I don't know what she is singing about.
The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best

I walked down the aisle to the Wedding March, except it was the Queen version from Flash Gordon. The look on people's faces!

We also had 'Nothing Else Maters' the Apocalyptica version, and Slash and Escala's 'Kashmir'. For the music during the wedding. We had a rock/ classical music fusion twist thing going on. I wanted a bit heavier/ obscure music, but didn't want to scare some of the family with my taste in music.

Walked out to Foreigner 'Waiting for a girl like you'.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Lovely choice but for something less well known and utterly gorgeous (this is on my shortlist for my wedding next year) The lyrics say it all.

We chose the piece from Amelie in the end (I played my favourite choices to DH and let him choose! ) and everything went smoothly!

    Eeeeeek I am now married!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
