Thanks again you are most definatly the font of all knowledge.
I'm still proper peeved that in 2005 they failed to change the policy. Further rooting through my boxes of papers (now nicely organised) has revealed a lovely acceptance receipt letter from them in 2005 and notification that the policy would be changed from the start of the next month!
I think i'm going to fill all the paper work in they have sent and enclose all the photocopies of everything and leave it their hands.
The worse they can say is no, they best they can say is yes they have made a mistake and we need to work together to achieve an amicable solutionOnly the Mortgage to go!!!0
