So, was arranging my new contract with T-mobile/EE, however after looking at prices it was a lot cheaper to go via CPW.
I ordered my husbands new phone with them about 2 months back and it was delivered by Yodel. Absolutely shambolic delivery, and made me dread ordering again.
Was pleasantly surprised to hear, however, that CPW now use DPD. The woman on the phone said that they had listened to customers and switched courier.

Very pleased, if only more companies did this!

Yes DPD are fab. I've ordered a lot from Amazon over the last few months and they haven't used Yodel once (thank god). It's been either DPD or Citylink. I just hope they've permanently severed ties with Yodel after all the complaints they've had.

My CPW order was my first (and last!) delivery from Yodel.
The driver couldn't find my address, so carded a random house and labelled it as "no-one home". Phoned to chase this with Yodel and had to jump through a whole load of hoops just to arrange a redelivery.
I have to say, Yodel's CS was fantastic once I got through to a manager, but the driver was a complete oxygen thief.
When the order was delivered he didn't speak a work of English and all he would say was my name. Couldn't answer me when I asked where he'd carded etc. just kept repeating my name and muttering under his breath.
You could tell he wasn't even sure he had the right address this time.

I can confirm we have completely stopped using yodel - amen! Dpd may be dearer but it's worth it!
