What to send to Barclays

Hi,
I'm after some assistance please.
Having looked at my credit file barclays are showing an old egg credit card as defaulted with a date this year.
This account was originally subject to an IVA was paid into for about 2 years and unfortunately defaulted. I was then made bankrupt in July 2011 and discharged July 2012.
My understanding is that what Barclays are reporting should be one of these earlier dates. Noddle have said that I need to contact Barclays.
Can someone please advise if there is a template or what needs to be sent to get this cleared up.

Send them a complaint, in writing, saying you require the date correcting. Don't ring as you may get messed about.
Any issue and can be referred to FOS.
You know Barclaycard bought all egg card accounts 1-2 years ago?:beer:0
