Missold Insurance on Bank Accounts

I have been paying £15 per month for my bank account for a few years. However I have only ever used the travel insurance, which I believe the bank are aware of as I have been with my bank for at least 30 years or more. I don't remember if it was missold to me. Where do I stand with regard to reclaiming this. Last year I reclaimed the PPI I was being charged on my account.

If you dont remember if it was mis-sold to you then why would you want to complain about it being mis-sold?
If you have used the package then why do you think you should get a refund?
Packaged accounts were not available 30 years ago. They started in the 90s.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. You are not entitled to reclaim anything. You can however make a complaint.
