its such a shame they put the invoice in wifes name cos she did the most speaking with them even if purchased as a couple and the funds were paid for using husbands cc.
We have contacted FO but dont know what they are gong to do apart from alert BC that they have recieved a compaint.
just dont know what good thats going to do.
