Can I get Company Credit Card with Bad Credit?

Hi,
At work we have a Company Barclaycard Account with many individual card holders. The company have really good credit. I however have a really bad personal credit rating. My boss wants me to get a company credit card, will my personal credit rating affect me getting one on the Company Barclaycard Account?

I used to have awful credit history (head in sand stupid young adult stuff) and was given two company credit cards (that I applied for in my name although they were company cards). There was no search against my name - it's down to the company.0
