How long did they take to pay? I'm out £200 and my payment for the jobs are still 'pending' but no express reimbursement for the tickets or postage received or acknowledged yet.

got paid all of my outstanding on the last pay run. did majority of my visits end of july/ start of august.

got the reimbursements in one pay run then the fee's in the following payrun.

I did my jobs on 31 Jul and 14 Aug, and received full payment (fee, reimbursement and P&P costs) on the 10 Sep.
  • Hi, long-time user of the site and long-time MSer, but first post on this board...

Just wondered if anyone could confirm when burger shop reports have to be submitted - is it before midnight the same day, or within 24 hours of the visit? I know they are nitpicky about timings so just checking before I get sacked! Thanks!

I've always submitted mine by midnight of the same day.
  • I normally love working for ESA but has anyone else had an issue where you call several times and no-one asnwers? You leave multiple messages and they not responded too? And then you get a very abrupt call claiming you have ignored a job on your account when you actually have had an issue with it but even though you called it is your fault?

Yes, I've had that happen too. Been getting a lot of phone calls from them recently. I think they've upset so many people that they now really struggle getting the jobs covered.

Unless it is a job undertaken after 2000, if it is, then you have until midnight the NEXT day.

Anyone find it frustrating that they cannot decide on whether to run with the 24hr or 12hr clock? Why they cannot stick to a common standard is anyone's guess.

Yeah, have to admit the two different formats for entering times, does annoy me.

On a lighter note, I see REACT and RM's payments are in the bank this morning :)

I've been getting lots of phone calls from them recently as well, having never got a single call from them previously. I put it down to the fact that I took the plunge and completed my first job for them a week or two back so they now know I'm alive rather than just someone who registered with them and didn't do any jobs for a year but perhaps they are getting a bit more desperate.

However, I'm currently waiting to see if they can pay me correctly for the first job before I take on any more.

I know MF are known for their low pay rates but I'll say one thing for them, they've got a nice clear system when it comes to knowing what's going on with your job and payment.
