Has anyone had any dealings with RM recently? I picked up a job to do a local convenience store by logging on to their system. Twenty four hours later, they email me the job. The instructions are to logon back into system to do the report using a different user name and password. These don't work and the when I logon under my own user ID and password, the job has disappeared.
How confusing can they make this -
I have emailed them, but no doubt won't get a response until Monday.0 -
I've done some RM recently, but not via the board, so they all went smoothly.0

Go here http://www.retail-maxim.co.uk/shopper-login.php?action=sca
Use the name and password in the brief and the form will open.0 -
The RM website for entering results is the same one regardless of whether you get work from the job board or get a call. The website URL to enter results is shown where you got the user ID and password.
The online job board retail hawk is a different system, why that should be who knows.0 -

Thanks for that - the brief only gave you the main website address. Not sure how you were supposed to enter the report without the rest of the address.0 -
Hey all - newbie here....
Few questions - hope you don't mind....
1: how do people keep track of fees, expenses etc....I want to keep on top of it for the taxman!
2: when do RA pay out? Have looked on their site and can't see it....
Thanks in advance

On the main page there is a link - Shopper log In, that takes you to a page where you can get to Retailhawk or Submit Complete Assignments. RM are struggling getting out of the good old days of telephone allocators and typists.
Basically book mark http://www.retail-maxim.co.uk/shopper-login.php for RM and you can get to the job board (used once in a blue moon) and the data entry.
What I do like though is you get an email reminder to send the receipt and a copy of what you entered, great for any proofreader queries.0 -

I spent a good chunk of today typing up reports for a client who was reported over the phone to RM last time I visited but has now changed agency to one using Sassie - I'm seriously missing the good old days of typists too! Wasn't it marvellous when your notes just had to be scribbled bullet points and someone would magically turn it all into a narrative report in about 30 minutes on the phone, instead of me spending half the afternoon ticking boxes and trying to find a diplomatic way of rephrasing "the SA was a stroppy, sour-faced, deeply unhelpful mare who spent most of my visit telling her mate about how many times she puked outside a club last night".0
