I had a phone call from them today, asking me to do a job with an added premium. I told them exactly what I thought of them and why I wouldn't be doing any more jobs for them. They tried to blame their client and said that it's normal for payments to take up to 90 days!

I told them that other mystery shopping companies don't have any problem paying promptly.

On that note, he gave up trying to convince me.

Hi, has any one managed to book any of the TNS customer services wave yet? The email says they are available now but they are not yet showing up for me. Many thanks x

I haven't managed to book anything. They must have gone within a minute.

Frankly,you never know what's going on with TNS these days - you might book a visit or email/phone call and then they would change the date without letting you know or take your visit off the shop log because of technical/client issues.

Thanks very much for answering. I didn‘t realise they would go quite so quickly, I logged on within a couple of minutes. I live in a rural area, so jump at the chance of emails etc, I guess lots of others do too!:)

My email says that they will be available shortly before the project begins. It doesn't start for over two weeks, so won't be available yet.

I think they all pretty much got snapped up straight away.

On my first attempt, I put 999 miles in and it found nothing except the usual work. I had to specifically say I wanted that particular project in the drop-down, and then they appeared. Not sure if that's the case for you, but worth a try perhaps.

It's the end of the month, I'm stressed and grumpy, bet half of you lot are too. What three things have boiled your !!!! the most this week in the MSing world?

People who don't answer emails/phones when you've taken the time to answer their question in full, but still need information from them.
People who can't drive.
