    Hi guys
I have done several calls for these guys and they say payment is within 31 working days (so about 2 months after job has been completed!) Is this normal?
It sounds like a long time!
When I enquired they said "well we might try to pay quicker it depends on how far behind we are!"
To me that does not sound very professional.
Has anybody been paid successfully by these guys?
I have never known a MS Company take 2 months to pay for a job!
    Tanya

To receive their monthly newsletter highlighting their quick 31 day payment schedule I just had to question why I was still waiting after 8 weeks. Finally got a reply from a Barry with some nonsense, no apology just some tosh about them being busy.

Agree - they have put on hold one of the clients as gave out the wrong contact number. I presume that they will advise when this is fixed.
Was not happy when they changed the dates on the phone jobs without advising so always check before stepping out the door.
I had mare answering one of the test for GFK on their social media round today. The brief did not seem to cover the questions asked and took longer to do test then the job itself...

what have they done now? You do know payment will be 'late' again this month.

Surely it would make more sense to officially change the payment date?

I've done 4 MS's for them and had issues with 3 of them. 1 I understand but it was down to the client's bad customer service which surely this is what it's all about.

Ah see what you have done is found fault with their top client, that isn't part of the deal ;-)

Bare Paypal payments come out around the 20th of the month, you are paid the month after the shop took place so anything done today would be paid in June, anything you do on or after Sunday will be paid in July.
