Bloomin heck they must have been desperate your only allowed to do 6 in a month! They rang me the other day and I effectively told them that I'm not going to do the one they asked me to as I only have one left this month and I'm going to wait for a big premium.

    Cheeky? yes
    Honest? Deffo...

Four late nights (don't count towards your monthly limit), 6 burger visits and a DIY visit :)

As they've now paid up (and my missing late night visit from January :)) should I now be answering their calls???? ;)

I think personally, just be wise. I know we can't afford to lose money at the best of times but they have an Experian rating of 19 and high risk on Credit Focus. CCJs against them or weak balance sheets it says. MF have 100 rating compared.

I think with all of this, never do a job you can't afford not to be paid for.

Yeah, I would say that's pretty sound and sensible advice.

I also noticed the other day that they are late filing their accounts with companies house, which I'm guessing isn't a good thing.

As their problems seem to be across multiple countries (I've seen complaints from people in Singapore, New Zealand and Canada to name but a few) as well as here in UK plus the info from mskitten2904 above, I think I will be steering well clear until I've at least seen payment for the March assignments.

There's a difference between that and not wanting to not be paid though.

I could afford not to be paid, but would prefer that the loss was as small as possible if it came to that! Then again I'm doing it to make some extra money and if I don't work I wont make any.

It's the old bible story of the talents, or greed versus security.

I can't get involved in this whole Gap thing, they rejected me!

This month is turning out pretty good so far, I've nearly made as much this week as I did the whole of last month (I did have nearly two weeks off in March though so I guess it doesn't really count :p)
