Still absolutely stacks around here, I did 11 in 5 days last week (just hope I get paid for ‘em)

Bloomin heck they must have been desperate your only allowed to do 6 in a month! They rang me the other day and I effectively told them that I'm not going to do the one they asked me to as I only have one left this month and I'm going to wait for a big premium.

Cheeky? yes
Honest? Deffo...

I've just booked a pizza with a bonus, its the first time they've ever offered me this visit with a premium so they must be having problems trying to allocate jobs. I'm also pretty sure I've been sacked from the burger client, no idea why through, all jobs were paid in full without proof reading queries.

I think they remove shoppers at times due to 'familiarity'. Don't worry if people are getting scared off with late payments here and across the pond then I'm sure you will be back on them!!

Does anyone know with the abai cafe jobs, does the fee include what you are supposed to buy? Doesn't seem a lot for a hot meal and a drink...

When doing phone mystery shops- how long do you wait on hold for? I've been waiting for 1/2 hour now. I'm thinking if I have to wait 45-60 mins, it would be acceptable to put the phone down? I don't think any normal person would waste their time and money like that.

Yes, that would be enough to cover a meal and drink for 1 person which is all they're offering. They're not offering you a fee, it's essentially a reimbursement only job. It does say that somewhere. It's a token gesture towards your expenses.

Just checked and I've got my Gap payment also - think I'll take a little break from them and see if they can get next month's payment out on time before doing any more.

Fought my case with MF and they are still paying me! :D They were at fault as their brief was not specific enough. So don't let it go if you know you are in the right and followed the brief to the letter!

Dear Ms Woolley,

I am contacting you as President of Frontline Focus about the urgent matter of payment in the mystery shopper account #1*****.

Last November and December I completed three [client name] mystery shops for your company – in each case it was confirmed that I would be paid, yet no payment has been received. The total outstanding is £**.**. I have, since 3rd January, been involved in a long string of correspondence with your staff – first with Branden Day, then with Carrie-Ann Kroll. My emails have generally been ignored, promises to get back to me broken, or I have been given false claims that payment is being processed.

Please note that, following prior warning, I have today applied late payment charges and interest of £**.** – meaning the sum now owed is £**.**. If this sum is not paid in full within seven days, formal legal action will be taken against your company – which will result in further fees and charges being applied to this.

Please note that I am aware of a significant number of similar cases, in which UK-based individuals carried out mystery shopping for Frontline Focus and have not been paid. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, it would appear to me that your company is carrying out a criminal scam, with no intention whatsoever of paying people for work completed. I am presently compiling a dossier, with a view to informing law enforcement agencies and the media about your company.

I loo forward to your urgent response in this matter.

Regards,
********
