I sent back a polite email and got a reply from Janet saying they did not have a clue what was going on - some kind of glitch on their system. Anyway it stopped now.

Got one last night, ten times, and the one today 31 times. But yes, it has indeed stopped.

Finally thought I'd achieved the impossible and managed to do an app job. How wrong I was. Wouldn't submit as it said I wasn't where the blue pin was. That's because the blue pin was in the river on the google map. Note to self: buy big wellies

There are lots of food shops visits (purchase + return + audit) on ESA at the moment. I have never done those before. There are 190 questions in total. Could someone who completed them in the last wave please advise if they are worth doing for that fee? I cannot see a questionnare before I apply for a visit. Your opinion would be really appreciated.

I've never had the chance to do those, but they sound a bit uncomfortable to me. I'm not sure why, but we don't shop the ones in Wales. I'm curious to know why!
