    had update from POPLA they have received the appeal and pics from us and they are now asking for the parking eye evidence...said the charge has been frozen and it could take till October before she hears anything and maybe a court hearing about it....

    I for one will not 'watch this space' because you haven't got even the most basic advice on that POPLA appeal and I don't like reading about wasted appeals thrown away. Did it look like these?

    If not, for the love of God add some more evidence by sending it by post to POPLA and the PPC, insisting they show their landowner contract and stating that the charge is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss, signage is pants, no contract with driver, etc.

    If you don't bother, you are stuffed.
