DSO1 and Annual accounts

Options
I have a small company and I filed a DSO1 last week.

This week I got a reminder that the accounts are due before 31 Aug.

Do I need to file a set of accounts given that the DS01 has been sent?

Thanks

As above, prior to dissolution you still need to file your accounts, discharge your debts.

Remember that you have to ensure you are not in breech of the standard rules before strike off otherwise someone will or could object and then you will be in a world of pain.

    Many thanks.

Out of courtesy, I have written to HMRC to inform them so they can update their records.

Do I do to complete the CT600 which is due in 8 weeks?

The company has no shareholder or director (other than me), no debtors or creditors.
