Depends on who you go to and what their lending criteria is.

The payment history shows that you were three months late immediately after being on time, which is impossible.

    Seems erroneous to me.

I would raise and issue to Orange requesting the erroneous data be removed.

They'll probably change it to 1-2-3 rather than 1-0-3, so I'd be careful :p

Not that either is going to cause any massive problems if that's literally the only negative thing.

I personally would chance it, they're inundated with requests for genuine errors on Oranges part anyway, they'll probably just get rid of it.

They usually do without much fuss, once you send a letter that is.

    Thanks for you replies everyone.

I have actually spoken to BT who have registered the late payments and they are going to update them for me. I did have a long ongoing saga with another account which was rectified some time ago however I was unaware of these late payments on my old broadband account. They have emailed me to confirm the changes so im pleased with everything.

PS I took the screenshot on my iophone so thats why it shows EE.

Ahh fair enough, I just assumed it was Orange because they do it to so many people!

Then again so have BT as of November when they uploaded a load of historic account data to Equifax, lots of it inaccurate.
