Working away - nights - stay in caravan?

Specifically, cheltenham racecourse. Anyone ever stayed there?
Working away for 4 nights next week. Of course, hotel is going to be a little difficult with wanting to sleep in the day and not the night.
So wondered whether to take my caravan. But, the drawbacks to this are:-
1. It might be too hot to sleep in caravan. (then again travelodge ain't much better).
2. It might be too noisy (but then again not sure if hotel would be better).
anyone ever done this?
