Hello everyone.
So, I am a Plusnet user that has a 12 month contract with them. They provide me phone and broadband service.
I just got an email from them saying that they will be raising the line rental and some other prices.
Am I allowed now to switch companies withouth having to suffer a penalty because they have changed the terms of our agreement?

Plusnet customers currently have 10 days from receiving notice of the price hikes to contact Plusnet and ask to leave penalty-free. Customers began to be notified of the rise on Wednesday (31 July).0

Companies are allowed to make routine increases as it is ONLY if you negotiated a fixed price service contract (not minimum service period). You remain contacted unless the supplier offers a waiver, and not all do.0
