Hello !
Just looking for some advice, I have outstanding balance on my account for £20.97 as its the 25th bill of last month and payment should have gone out of my direct debit on 01 August 2013 but I cancelled my direct debit and today a message has come up on my online account stating the following:
You have an outstanding balance on your account, and payment is now overdue.
To ensure no restrictions are applied to your services, payment must be made immediately.
Until your balance is cleared, you should not make any further changes to your account (e.g. add or remove services).
I am going to make the outstanding balance tonight at midnight when my money goes in my bank account however just want to know, will my service be ok? will my service be restricted? how long have I got to make the payment when that message come on my account?
Hope I don't get restricted as I going to make the payment asap tonight.
also I rang talktalk customer service and I must admit they are useless, I wasn't getting anywhere with them.
