    same here :( for quite some time now my wrist, shoulder and neck hurt on my right side, if i have a quite active comping day i find myself applying the deep heat to my wrist every hour or so. my fingers go stiff and cramp up, i get tinglings in my finger ends and my whole arm just feels generally heavy....its great fun :S xx

    I so feel for you - I had this when I worked but it clears up & then recurs (although there is a form that is permanent which DH has) . I know this sounds counter intuitive (why use a short word when a long one will do) but don't rest it too much or your muscles will deteriorate I've gone from the one opening stuck jars to being the one asking for help on one that's only slightly stiff.

    DH swears but acupuncture for it - oh yes & my ganglion disappeared all by itself - no need for hitting it
