I booked tickets online for flamingoland yesterday for this Thursday. But when i got to work last night my two days off have been cancelled, so i therefore cannot go on Thursday as planned.
I called them this morning (10p a minute premium line) and explained above, but was told i was not allowed a cancellation, i said i did not at this time have a later date to give as a day to go, so a refund is at this point my only option, i was told that was not the case and the terms and conditions stated this.
What do i do ????? can they keep my money for s service i now cannot use.??

It does state on their website that tickets are non-refundable. sorry, not what you wanted to hear.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
