    I'm afraid to say you will not get subsidence cover with the issues you described.

    It's like saying - my house is on fire can I buy fire insurance.

    It isn't the original survey that will stop you getting insurance - it's the current damage.

    You need to pay for an engineer urgently to establish the extent of the problem.
