Does anyone know if I can request a transcript of a call I made to Littlewoods catalogue about two weeks ago? I'm told by the company it's available for them but not me but someone informed me this evening I could request the above. I don't need to know any other information they hold about me, just this telephone call.
I'm told they might charge a fee of up to £10 but it's worth it to prove my case.
This is under a different heading as it's regarding an SAR.
Thanks.

No it doesn't. It only gives examples of what are considered 'personal information'.
An complete list would be sooooo long and would be out of date as soon as it was published.
You did see that CCTV images are on the examples list, didn't you?
In my opinion, that is a pretty close example.
You will need to be quick, because all companies are only allowed to keep data as long as it is necessary, and it could well be that phone calls are not kept very long... but I don't know that.0 -
A SARs request can cover telephone calls depending on if they are recorded and how they are stored etc.
Send a request with the cheque for 10 quid and explicitly state in it you want copies/ transcripts of any calls. It'll help if you can list times, dates and numbers called from & to for them to track them down.0
