Hi John
Sorry whats a cont based ISA? She lives with her parents at the moment, and I do work full time
Whats the deal with living together or not, genuine question as we have discussed it?
Thansk again0 -
Contributions based jsa is payable based on your ni contributions over the last couple of years while income based is payable based on other incomes and savings. If you were living with her and earned over £110 (I think) then you would be expected to support her if she was claiming income based.
Below will explain it much better.
