Hi all,
The camera is 3 years old.
I switch it on and none of the buttons will work except for the picture shooter which will take one picture and then become equally inoperative.
Is this likely to be a software thing? Fixable? Or just modern toss?
Thanks

Thanks.
Unfortunately none of the buttons work so I won't be able to navigate to the firmware upgrade menu in settings...:-(0 -
Panasonic seem to do Lumix repairs in Horley...no estimates over the phone, £10 to send it back if not accepted.
Anyone used this? Anywhere else recommended that can do repairs in London?

...£90 repair local to me...suggested it's the Rear Control Circuit and Shutter Release...
Seem reasonable? Vs buying a new one....?
