CPP/PPI Claim

I was just starting proceedings to claim mis-sold PPI on my credit card but while searching through paperwork I discovered that I had been paying something called CPP without my knowledge. I have all the policy details for that but none for PPI; are they the same thing? If not would I need to fill in two different questionnaires and claim each thing separately?
