Where do I stand? Returned item via Royal Mail tracked....

Can somebody please offer some advice on where I stand..
So, last week I purchased 2 dresses (each to the value of £100) from celebboutique.com.
Both turned up in good time as promised, I'd read reviews and 80% were good.
As planned I kept one and returned the other by recorded/signed for Royal Mail postage on Saturday (3/8/13), the day after I recieved it, to the address provided on the enclosed return slip.
Today I checked the status of the parcel using the barcode on the receipt I got from the pot office which included the pot code of receiving address. It said a "while you were out" card has been left with the company, so now it's down to them to go to he loal Royal Mail office to collect it or have it re-delivered.
I find this a little odd...and a little unsettling as I did not provide a "if undelivered please return to" on my parcel to them!
After hours of research I seem to have to control over this parcel of mine now and am unsure of where I stand... Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!

Call the retailer and ask when they will collect the item from the sorting office? They can also arrange to have it redelivered online.

So no return address and used a service without proper cover for the value.
    good start
