Specsavers - great service

A couple of weeks ago DH broke the arm of his glasses right up by the frame. The glasses were bought about two years ago from Specsavers.
We thought there was probably no chance of them being repaired, but he popped into our local store just to see if there was anything they could do and, if not, to make an appointment for a new eye test.
The assistant looked at the glasses and said he thought they might still stock the same frame. He looked DH's details up on the computer, got the frame number, found the frame in the shop and put the old lenses into the brand new frames - all for the total price of £0.00

I bought glasses from them in January. I have been a bit disappointed with the frames, for example the arm fell off, but both times I visited the store they were helpful and quickly put things right.0
