Yodel delivery times improving

Just had a parcel delivered from Yodel, it was sent on 6th June, so under 2 months, quite impressive.
They did claim it was signed for a few days after it was sent.
Anyway, just thought I'd congratulate them, the last time I used them for sending parcels it took from early November until late February to sort it. So an obvious improvement.

That has to be worth a tweet.
Great PR for them!0 -
I ordered a phone from EE, it was delivered by Yodel and arrived the next day. I couldn't see a problem personally? Are they really that bad?0

I'd say I sent around 1000 parcels with them over a few months and they lost about 20, either delayed or disappeared. They had an amazing ability to not be able to do anything about it.sharpy2010 wrote: »I ordered a phone from EE, it was delivered by Yodel and arrived the next day. Of the ten parcels we've received from them this year, 8 were on time, one had had the contents stolen (a tablet PC) and one took two months.
So most parcels don't have a problem. I'd say if you send or receive ten parcels with them you'll end up with a problem, I'm sure some other couriers could match that, in my experience Yodel are the worst though..0
