Hi,
I'm trying to make a purchase through Quidco, but the Quidco site tells me that my system is blocking cookies. I am using Google Chrome browser.
As far as I know it was working fine until recently and I haven't changed anything.
Quidco gives instructions - to set Google Chrome to "allow local date to be set" but this is already ticked.
I have Zone Alarm firewall and Avast antivirus running. Pls can anyone help - what do I need to change and where so that my Quidco purchases track okay?
Many thx in advance!

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I never use IE, but I downloaded Firefox and it seems to work fine on that - no messages about cookies being blocked.
Why should Chrome all of a sudden start to do this as it did not do so before.
And it seems the issue is not with Zone Alarm or Avast as they are still running but causing no problems when I use Firefox.
if anyone can help me solve the problem with Chrome I would be grateful as that is my main browser now and don't want to have to keep switching to Firefox every time I use Quidco.
Thx again.0 -
I'm having the same problem using Chrome, just started a couple of days ago. I haven't made any changes to anything, so it's a bit of a mystery. Haven't really tried to solve it yet, but it is a weird one, as it worked last week.0
