Pc performer ?

Hi do people actually pay for things like Pc performer to clean up their systems to enable them to hopefully run faster or is there a free one anywhere please ? I already have a cc cleaner but that's all. Thanks

I use cc and my own vista clean up. Thats good enough for me.

I just add extra ram to speed mine up. Its easy to do.

I have windows 7 is there a clean up on that somewhere and is it lol Thanks

Yes it has its own clean up menu. Just go into help and type disc cleanup and you can then follow the instructions.
